License terms
Every purchase is a one-time payment that lets you use the games with your students year after year. Here's exactly what each license covers.
What each license covers
- Single game ($5): one teacher may use that game with all of their own students, on all of their classroom devices.
- Teacher License ($150): one teacher may use all current and future Fletcher Math games with all of their own students, on all of their classroom devices.
- School License ($499): every teacher and staff member at one school may use all current and future games with their students.
- District License ($1,499): every teacher and staff member at every school in one school district may use all current and future games with their students.
New games I add to the All-Access bundle are included at no extra cost and appear in your Payhip account. See the licenses.
What you can do
- Play the games in class on smartboards, projectors, Chromebooks, laptops and tablets.
- Copy the files to your classroom devices, a USB drive or your school's shared drive.
- Post the game files in your digital classroom, like Google Classroom or Blackboard, so your own students can play at school or at home.
- Use the games year after year. Licenses never expire.
What's not allowed
- Sharing the games with teachers or schools your license doesn't cover. If colleagues want to use them, a School or District License covers everyone.
- Posting the game files anywhere the public can download them, like a public website, blog or file-sharing site.
- Selling, reselling or giving away the games, or including them in another product.
- Removing the Fletcher Math name or claiming the games as your own.
Ownership
Fletcher Math and Justin Fletcher keep the copyright to the games. Your purchase gives you the right to use them as described above.
Refunds
Because the games are digital downloads, all sales are final. If a file is broken, you bought something twice, or a game won't work and we can't fix it, email [email protected] within 14 days and I'll make it right. Read the full refund policy.
