How to use it in class
- Pick Easy (like denominators), Medium (one denominator is a multiple of the other) or Hard (unlike denominators and mixed numbers).
- Put it on the board and solve it together, or give each student the link on a Chromebook or tablet. There are no logins and nothing to install.
- Answers can be fractions (3/4), mixed numbers (1 1/4) or whole numbers. Any equal answer counts, and the page shows the simplest form if it wasn't simplified.
- Press “New problems” for a fresh set of 12, so it works as a warm-up more than once.
